Met Xiuzhen and her colleague for lunch today. They brought me to a canteen located on the second storey of a building which I never go before. But the food there taste not bad. Still edible. =X
Oh ya! Know something? I have a colleague who have been knocked down by a car this morning outside the office's gate when coming to work. Bosses rushed down to the scene. I am not very sure how is the scenario like. But I heard from my other colleagues that the car has a dent and some spillage of coffee on the car. Heard that the car was cruising quite fast. Initially the car was in the centre of the road, but it came nearer and nearer to the kerb where pedestrians always used to cross the road.
1 of my colleague saw the whole incident. She said after being knocked by the car, she
flew up and fell down to the ground. Holy shit! I really can't imagine how is the whole accident like. There wasn't any blood strains, but she was sent to Changi hospital immediately. The coffee on the car was actually held on my colleague's hand while she was crossing the road. Upon reaching office, Baby alighted me outside my office. At that time, the ambulance wasn't there anymore. But we saw a TP officer standing outside my office. And Baby saw a guy whose hands are on his head, looking very stressed.
When the news passed around in the afternoon, I get to know that she need an operation. She is quite a pretty lady. What a pity. May she have a speedy recovery. God bless.
Another unlucky thing was, Baby got a summon letter for throwing a cigarette's butt on to the ground after I was back from buying breakfast for him. Sigh. In the afternoon, he called me.
Me: Hello darling!
Baby: "
You said you fell down at Pulau Ubin before right?"
Me: Ya. Why?
Baby: "
You really damn heng. There's 1 fellow died."
Me: Fell from riding bicycle too?
Baby: "
Ya. This is not the first case already."
Really a unlucky day today. Why things are happening to the people around me? Oh. And when I was walking towards the canteen during lunch. I nearly tripped and fell. Due to my heels stuck in the drain's "grill" on the floor. But I managed to balance myself avoid falling.
